Authors!!!

Charlie shared his finished personal narrative with the class today! The kids know to have the following included in their narratives:

-a hook to gain the attention of his readers

- a beginning introducing who, what, when, where, or why

- transition words to tell the story (first, next, then, after that, finally)

- an ending with a feeling that describes the experience
