Reading with Expression!
Another component of fluency is expression.
We practiced reading with different expressions in our voice by choosing character cards.
Leading the Morning Message
Each day two helpers lead the message. They ask the students to find digraphs, blends, suffixes, closed, open, and r-controlled syllables. They ask the math question of the day and ask for several ways to solve it. Great job helpers!
